Preparatory work before operation:
Due to bump and vibration during long-distance transport, it is necessary to carry out the following strict examinations before operation.
♦ Open the electric control cabinet and check the electric wiring and every component to see whether they drop or whether they are tightened.
♦ Check every electric joint to see whether it is tightened.
♦ Check every mechanical snap to see whether it loosens or drops and check every part to see whether it shifts.
Electric performance and Operation:
♦ Directions: This electric control cabinet (electric box or operation work table) must match the model of the paper cup making machine.
♦ Description of Electric part: a. Power of Equipment:
2 sets of 380V /220V motors, total 2.05Kw
5 pieces of 220V electro thermal tubes, total 2.95Kw
♦ b. The electric equipment has such safety protections of connecting to neutral and ground connection.
♦ c. The motor is equipped with over current protective device and electro-thermal tube breaking acousto-optic alarm circuit.
♦ d. The counter adopts approach switch control circuit.
♦ e. The input power cord adopts the wire of 2 x 6 mm2 or more or flexible cable and is fixed according to the electric installation specification. This machine is not equipped with external (input) power cord when it leaves factory, and it should be prepared and fixed by the user himself.
Machine Electric Operation:
♦ a. Open the rear door of the operation platform and turn on the QF1-QF8 air switches
♦ b. Turn the power switch K0 on the operation panel, the power indicator lamp on the operation panel shines; it indicates that the cup machine circuit has been switched on.
♦ c. Adjust the +, - end keys of the 1 to 5 temperature control meters on the operation panel to the required preset temperature value. (When the + end key is pressed, the valuable will increase from small to big, when the (–) end key is pressed, the value will decrease from big to small) Press down the switch on the machine operation panel whose characteristics are corresponding to those on the meter, the power of the meter will be switched on, and the controller on and the left green lamp shine. The corresponding controlled relays KM4, KM5, KM6, KM7 and KM8 accurate, the electro-thermal tubes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 will be powered on to warm-up, when the thermal couple senses the measured temperature control meter and reaches the preset temperature (the temperature on the controller is the same as or close to the preset temperature), the relay controlled by the temperature control meter will be powered off, the left green lamp changes to red, the electro thermal tubes are powered off, stop warming up and keep at the preset temperature. After the temperature goes down to the preset value, the temperature control will power on the controlled relays and make them actuate, and power on the electro thermal tubes again for running in cycles.
♦ d. When all the temperatures reach the preset value, press down the button K2 of the main motor and the button K3 of the knurling motor on the operation panel, this moment you can operate the buttons of the machine body on the cup wall paper platform.
♦ e. If the wire of the heater on the warming-up loop breaks, the buzzer will sound, and meanwhile the corresponding indicator lamp on the operation panel shines, which reminds the operator of stopping the machine for examination and replacement of the wire.
♦ Operation of Counter Control System:
Press down the counting switch KA9, the counter P is powered on, the digital shines and the four digits are all zero. The discharging value of the counter can be preset according to the user’s requirement, and its adjusting method is the same as that of temperature control meter.
Points for Attention of Electric Control Part on Installation and Maintenance:
♦ a. Before it is powered on, test the insulation resistance between every phase line and the zero line (outer casting) with the multi meter, and it should be well connected before power on.
♦ b. There are four terminals A, B and C is the terminals for connecting the phase lines, and N is the terminal for connecting the zero line.
♦ c. Correspondingly connect the control cabinet and the machine with the cable socket part.
♦ d. Test the outer casing of the machine, the outer casing (non-insulated place) of the control cabinet and the zero line with the multi meter, and the wires should be well connected before power on.
♦ e. After the above wires are connected, the repairman is forbidden to use the electric welder to weld the parts on the machine. Before welding, re- move the connected cable socket part from one end, otherwise welding will damage the electric circuit and components on it.
Points for Attention of Photoelectric Detecting Operation:
♦ a. Press down the corresponding photoelectric switch button on the operation panel of the electric control cabinet.
♦ b. When there is no cup paper, no cup bottom paper,paper cup drops on edge curling and the shaped cup has not been unloaded, it can automatically stop the paper cup machine and give an alarm so that the operator can clear faults timely.
♦ c. Fault clearance on stopping and alarm: firstly turn off the motor switch on the electric control cabinet, and then clear the faults detected by the photoelectric detector. Caution: after the forming machine is stopped, you must turn off the motor button before clearing the fault.
♦ d. After clearing the faults, firstly turn off the (green) button of photoelectric detecting and then press down the motor button on the electric control cabinet. After the paper cup machine runs normally, press down the button of photoelectric detecting again.
