♦ Before using this machine, please read this operation manual carefully so as to avoid mis-operation and damaging parts.
♦ After use purchased the shaping machine, he should install it on a smooth and solid ground and place the adjusting iron pad and anti-vibration rubber pad (a necessary with the machine) under the machine body, turn the adjusting bolt on the machine base to adjust the levelness of the machine.
♦ For safe production, the ground wire must be connected to the position indicated by the level.
♦ Full-time skilled personnel should be arranged for operation and maintenance of the machine.
♦ Before starting the machine, check it to see whether there are any dirtiness on and in the machine, and then turn the machine with the handle and check it to see whether there is any interference or not.
♦ Keep the machine neat and clean; periodically clean the surface, outer casing and mould, etc. with soft cloth slightly dipped in the detergent water and keep the guide bar, cam and chain clean and lubricant.
♦ Stop the machine for examination immediately when finding that many pieces of cup wall paper fall down, the paper cups on the mould overlap and the actions are not harmonious.
♦ After stopping the machine, be sure to turn off the bottom of the main motor on the electric control cabinet before examination.
The overall structure of this paper cup shaping machine is composed of five parts: the first stage, the intermediate stage, the second stage, the third stage and the outer casting.
The first stage / The intermediate stage:
It mainly finishes cup bottom paper conveying, cup bottom shaping, combining shaped cup wall with cup bottom, automatic conveying and unloading of shaped paper cup and edge knurling of shaped paper cup (ice-cream cup.)
The Second Stage:
It mainly includes preheating, main heating, bottom knurling, cup upper edge curling mechanism etc. and is the important part for finishing paper cup shaping.
The Third Stage:
It mainly includes motor, drive, etc. and is used for achieving the preset rotational speed and providing motive power. All the operations of the shaping machine are finished through the typical four-link mechanism (crank and rocker mechanism), chain drive mechanism, cam mechanism, precision intermittent mechanism, mechanical pneumatic mechanism and other parts.
The chain drive mechanism can achieve the preset rotational speed that required by every rotary part for producing paper cup.
The cam mechanism and four-link mechanism can finish the positional degree in the vertical, horizontal and perpendicular three-dimensional directions. The precision intermittent mechanism can carry out accurate indexing and is the heart of the paper tea cup machine. The mechanical pneumatic part is used for finishing some additional operations.
